    Oxdarock, what you've just typed is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever read. At no point in your rambling, incoherent google doc were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this thread, and according to my friends, the other role forums that you have posted this into, is now dumber for having clicked on it.     (Not putting Eye up until seven GCDs into a fight, what the actual heck. There is "looking to make my Tornado Kicks even more powerful", and then there is this, which is "making everyone else's DPS crap at the expense of my own personal dopamine hit.")
