Please Yoshi, do something about old hunts!

Once more another hunt mark is swiped from under our noses by 1 person. This person is infamous for upsetting other players at ARR S ranks and is well known for jumping in before anyone else, but he also plays the ToS card to justify that he's not doing anything wrong and takes great joy in trolling people who respond to his behaviour. Just how many more players are going to suffer at the expense of 1 person SE? We are honestly tired of people like this guy playing his hand to cause disruption and provoking others into a reaction that can result in them receiving temporary or even permanent bans, but surely when there's more than one player reacting in anger against one person then the issue isn't in the way they respond but the player responsible for causing such distress in the first place? So many people detest the way this person conducts themselves but are too afraid to speak up in case they get banned since he deliberately provokes anger in others. I cannot imagine anyone remaining cool and content in the constant presence of acts of maliciousness and greed, even NPCs in the game respond angrily and profanely at times where there is injustice and seek to put an end to it. A line needs to be drawn between what is acceptable and what isn't to avoid disruption, and it only takes one person to ruin the game experience for everyone and to sow the seeds of toxicity.
