I'd be okay if they did something like lifted the DoW/DoM tags for the earlier ARR stuff and GC gear.
Also be fine if they merged Fending/Maiming, Scouting/Aiming, Caster/Healer together.

Would never be okay with removing job restrictions from something like AF though.
