Jobs you would like to see fundamentally changed?

Ninja could be something that should be changed.

The theme of a eastern assassin that utilizes concealment, distraction and deception disappeared with ShB, and the Hide gameplay is only useful for trash/open world ambushes.

I agree Hide needs an overhaul. Look at rogues from WoW or thieves from GW II, both classes use and abuse the concept of concealment, avoidance, and distraction in combat...you know, like a ninja should. NIN, on the other hand, even got an ability that nullifies the need of being hidden, so why does it even exist?!

i had a dream where there was a new dragoon class that played like the WoW demon hunter and could transform into estinienidhogg. now i don't think there's anything wrong at all with current drg but i do think what i saw in my dream would be cooler.

Could just bundle Hide with Shadewalker and have it reduce danage as well.

I would like machinist reworked to only use tools, the gun is vestigial at this point with only 2 attacks really using it (Gauss Round and Split shot). Would be cool if we got Machinist Just using the big multitool and gadgets, then have the guns used for Chemist or another gunner later

But then it wouldn't be a Ranged DPS.

I think the jobs in ShB are good where they are, though some might need some tweaks. The only ones that needed fundamental changes were MCH and maybe DRK, which is what happened.

I'd prefer to see new classes in the future that use different mechanics, like how DNC is a lot different to play than BRD and MCH.

I'd love a Mystic Knight/Rune Fencer that is kinda the opposite of RDM with a higher focus on melee, but some nice ranged magic as well.

Umm where have you been this expac, the multitool is ranged, why would using it and gadgets prevent it from being ranged
