Male Viera as a playable character! show your support

The fact that we still have sex-segregated races in 2019 is ridiculous. Hopefully Square Enix takes actually opens up their eyes and gives us male viera and female hrothgar.

I actually really want that fur patch. Usually, I'm not into chest hair or anything of the sort, but that fur patch calls to me.

Honestly, they could just copy pasta Kratos from God of War, slap bunny ears on him, and I'd be happy. I HOPE THAT THEY HAVE BEARDS. Actual beards, not this fuzz stuff.

Kratos is a no for me.

I'd like something like wolverine, with the same amount of thiccness and al, just slightly slimmer in shape to give more that assasin vibe.

Also, for me, krato's face is just a very big nope. I would be 100% fine with it being 1 face option, but I hope that if they give us that they at least give us the face of lauronts old signature (or mine)

seems liek a lot fo pp lwent female viera but few went male hrotgar. Honestly, im qutie dissapointed that on my server (Zodiark) male hrotgar are a very rare sight, I liek seeing them arround quite a lot

Went first day of early access, then changed, then went back. I love viera too much. I should just stay permanently, for my bank account.

I like seeing hrothgar, but for me, they are a very rare sight. Maybe I just don't pay attention, but I really don't see them that often. Raids I'll see a couple, granted.

Actually, I changed an alt to female viera and she's still a female viera and, other than the runnign animation and a couple emotes (I wanted something... Stronger, or more tribal, just my vision for them) they're quite nice, so it makes me even more excited to see what the dev team will make for male viera ^^

In all honesty, I am pretty satisfied with the viera faces, I think they are a good mix for players. I like them because they can look a little more mature (an actual adult) - rather than a 20 y/o. I think with male viera the devs could do some really good work. I don't really care about the body, since we would probably just get a toned hyur body resized to elezen height. I think they could make some really good faces, faces that I would actually like on a male character. Handsome, masculine, more adult looking like the females. I wouldn't play one probably, but I would love to see the inclusion of some actual good looking men in the game. What we have currently is a sorry excuse, in my opinion. Optimally, they would have some facial hair, at least something like the WoD in the trailer. That would look amazing.

Funnily enough, how I imagine my optimal male viera is exactly the type of male I would main, minus the bunny ears. Late 20's - early 30's, handsome (western male), tall (at least 6 feet tall). If done right they would actually be perfect for me, minus bunny ears.

I would really like it if the male viera faces had the rabbit nose that the females have. I think its a super good detail that pushes it away a lot from beign just a hyru with gold saucer bunny ears. I reeeeally like the face in this image:
