We'll just have to see when Live letter hits next week,i'm sure the dev team will explain the issues there as well.

Ninja is now relegated to RP and meme status...
Someone said on the forums "Ninja got trick attacked by the patch notes"
Ninja is what brought me to ff14. I was fine being supporty, ive done that in other games even as a "rogue type" but i have never seen a "utility tax" so strict before....
WTF Ninja.
I can't even...
NIN is my main and I will continue to play as it. I love Dual-Wielding classes.
But this does put a frown on my face. SE why do you hate Ninja so much?

Ninja has been meta since its release. It can stand one patch of not being the most desired DPS job in the game.
Not meta is fine. But now its just a hinderance. Doesnt even break even. Its not just "not the most desired" Now its just not wanted... at all, cept for people willing to carry them to make their personal numbers look good, but down the content slower.

At least you get one change....look at bard, not even Soul Gauge sound change."Gust Slash Combo potency increased from 250 to 300."
That's the one and only change. Feel free to discuss whether you agree with this or not, I'm sure you guys have seen me avidly posting about this job for weeks here, but that's a wrap for me and NIN.
Really unfortunate decision by SE.
and is the only major dps buff in the whole patch , care to read it maybe. The only class that got major changes is the monk who will be king of melee dps (it already is ). gut slash is spammable for ninja so the dps increase will be something , look sam for example they got nothing and is a class with no utility and 4th in dps and will remain.
Ninja needs more yes but it will still be better off after patch.
