The difference is WHM is comparatively in a good position right now on the scale of balance, which is wasn't in late HW and throughout SB, so the fearmongering is kind of baseless at this point in time.

Healing is still not particularly *interesting*, but that's true of every healer.

I doubt anybody wants to do that. But they’re picking up on the inaccuracies of your post. Whilst there are still issues that need addressing on WHM. But if we are talking balance, then WHM is in a good place. Other things, maybe not. These changes off a little QoL and address balance issues. But none of them really address the big issues affected the three healers from an enjoyment and satisfaction perspective.

Literally where has anyone said this on here. Please, link it or quote it for me; because this is not what I've been seeing on the forums, and I am quite active on here.

If anything, people have been talking about how weak AST is - not SCH. With regards to SCH, the complaints have been about a boring DPS rotation and lack of an Aetherflow dump. At least one of those has been rectified now. Most of the forum has been praising WHM for the spot its in, not sneering at it. So I don't think we're reading the same forums.

Not going to say anything about Whm as there plenty of Whm players to testify that its in a good spot right now. I dropped Whm end HW cause of the lily mechanic being useless, never commented on it during SB in anyway shape or form. They butchered Ast healing and dps, I am not looking for Ast to be top dog. But when I struggle to heal 4 mans while Whm and Sch sneeze heal their way through them there is a problem. Sorry our heals getting some buffs gots you crapping your pants..

I'm not sure what you were expecting. Realistically the best-case scenario for the WHM kit happened this patch - no nerfs. It sounds like you wanted Square to design fun and/or engagement into WHM's kit. Since you've clearly awoken from a 4 year cryosleep, lemme tell you something about Square's vision for WHM.

OP - when one class is discernibly ahead of the others, balance changes will not result in equal boosts for all.
Whm is in a pretty good spot, and still is after the overall healer changes. Glad to see the adjustments to Sch and Ast.

You can endlessly debate class balancing but it will never be perfect.
The best to hope for is a near enough situation - then it comes down to player preference and player ability.

And? That's still the case, we're happy to have ED back, sure, but you're insane if you think that alone is enough to make scholar magically OP, when it's a well needed aetherflow dump. And if they do give us back our rotation to shut us up, they can still let WHM stay at its higher pDPS by doing this 1 simple fix, reduce potencies on the abilities scholar has.

I argue this, but I've seen you post enough to know you'll still whine that, God forbid, a class be fun. a class cant be both engaging and balanced, if it's fun and engaging that automatically equals OP.
