    Dark is I'm gonna say it
    Fine
    Tanks are the most balance they have been in years
    Now I know issue with Dark is playing like WAR,TBN and Living dead being awkward and magic tank = gimp tank

    But can't expect major rework on savage patch day

    If by "balanced" you mean "Are the same job defeating the point of the job system." Then yes.
