Sounds like it would be funny, count me in. ^^

I know there are folks saying "He doesn't feel that way about you" but what if I feel that way about him?
Let me flirt, dang it.
....Actually just put more playful flirting options here and there in general. I know it won't affect the story and I don't need it to. It would just lead to amusing reactions.

You get a like for the Dragon Age quote. lolIf they added the option to flirt with NPCs, I'd probably flirt with everyone I come across, if only for giggles lol
I imagine some reactions are priceless. And I really hope your questions gets chosen for the live letter.
Also, flirting with enemies? Imagine that big bad guy over there having a monologue about his nefarious deeds and how he will conquer the world after he vanquished you and you're like "Have you ever licked a lamppost in winter?".
I need more giggle fodder. I have absolutely no shame when it comes to making NPCs all flustered and tongue-tied.
On a more serious note, I wouldn't be opposed to quest chains that let you spent some quality adventuring time with an NPC. Doesn't even has to have any romantic notions (though the option would also be welcome), just a couple of optional quests where it's just the two of you uncovering some nasty plot, solving a local problem, going artifact hunting or whatever. The NPCs follows you around instead of just waiting at certain checkpoints, fights with you, you get some cutscenes with different dialogue options, can learn a thing or two about them.
I like that they made many NPCs more involved, I hope they will continue to build on this in the future.
Also, on that serious note, adventuring field trips with any of the main cast would be great. I mean, we kinda have that with Eden right now, I suppose. So... more of that! With more dialogue/character heavy cutscenes, pls. No romance required! (Though I won't turn my nose up at it.)
I'd definitely love a quest chain that allowed G'raha to go on an adventure with us. Since that's basically his main wish in life, apparently. I'm hoping he's going to eventually join Team Scion somehow, and stay with us in the MSQ for the foreseeable future, for just that reason.
A valid counterpoint!
...He totally does, though.
Welcome aboard. lol

Despite my own feelings this idea leaves me a bit uncertain, especially with NPCs that are already dead or villains. At no point are you capable of speaking to Zenos on his own, you only get to meet him in cutscenes or in battle and his interest in the WoL is certainly not romantic. The way he regards you as his friend is in a psychotic manner, he still desires to kill you, that is his only sexual pleasure.
Emet isn\\'t in love with the WoL either. He is only interested in knowing what the WoL is capable of doing. He feels nothing towards the different races, seeing himself as more superior. If anything he\\'s disgusted by us and his only agenda is to see the Source rejoined and his people restored. He is only our friend so he can watch the WoL more closely. When he says he\\'s sired children he means children like Vauthry who is not actually his child but he probably influenced him and maybe even Zenos as their mentors.
I did notice Alisae had a bit of a crush on the WoL and that did rather surprise me for a bit. Could that develop into something romantic in the future? Maybe, maybe not. She\\'s still very young herself despite her dialogue being more maturer so it could just simply be a teenage crush, and I doubt SE would condone a relationship between an adult character and a young teenager.
The Crystal Exarch on the other hand clearly spouts poetry of deep affection beyond friendship. He even says he loves someone and how he wants to travel with that person on their adventures and share tales of past adventures with them in the rest of his dialogue at Kholusia, and then he says that it\\'s more of the WoL\\'s tale than his. The WoL even smiles back at him for saying that, so the WoL knows how he feels. It goes no further than that until the very end when he watches the WoL enter the portal back to the Source and tries to follow. He knows he\\'s an old man and this is probably one of the reasons he held himself back, but his younger self meanwhile remains sleeping back in CT and this is why he whispers it\\'s time to reawaken even though it\\'s not been 200 years yet and the technological advancements in the Source are still nowhere near that of Allagan technology. In other words he\\'s decided that if he can\\'t persue a loving relationship with the WoL then at least his younger self can.
Would having romantic options with either of them be a good thing? I don\\'t know. I suspect the Crystal Exarch would blush deeply and say something on the lines like even though he\\'s waited 100 years for that moment it\\'s 100 years too many and that he\\'s now an old man. As for the younger G\\'raha Tia if we were to awaken him early I'm not sure how he\\'d react, since it\\'s the older Crystal Exarch who spent all those years catching up on the WoL\\'s adventures and developing feelings towards the WoL. He might be a bit surprised and not take it very seriously.
Option to flirt with Urianger too please. xD

Haha he's not that old and frail, he's still got amazing stamina and strength to face and take out a Lightwarden. It's more that his mind is older and wisened whilst the rest of his body has aged at a much slower rate. Considering his retained youthful looks and the rate in which his hair has greyed one could say that his body is aging at a rate of 1 year for every 5 or 6 years, putting him somewhere near 40 years old give or take a few extra years. Some men are known to develop grey hair as early as their 30's especially white men. He is only weakened by exhaustion when he spends too long away from the Crystarium since after having fused himself with the Crystal Tower to give him a longer lifespan his body is dependent on him being in close proximity to the Crystal Tower in order to remain at full strength.

Gaius van Baelsar: Nor is this unknown to your masters. Which prompts the question: what came first, the chicken or the egg?

He's an old man; like he's considered a grandfather to the captain of the guard, who comes across as much older as our WoL. Miqo'te also have the life expectancy of 50. The greying hair is probably the sign that he's on the way out. I don't think he can age anymore due to the tower - or rather the tower would slowly take over him. If I remember he's the one who created the crystarium settlement/city. So, he's probably been there for a good 30/40+ years.Haha he's not that old and frail, he's still got amazing stamina and strength to face and take out a Lightwarden. So yeah, he's an old man. Just not physically old looking in our terms. I don't think elderly Mi'qote actually exist, they do not have an old 'wizened' face. If he was to actually join us it would be the younger version who hasn't matured to this degree and will have a different personality as well due to the lack of experience. I don't think the one on the first would leave the people of the crystarium. He knows all too well that eventually, he'll probably die - which is sad, but I hope he does have a good ending if he does die.
