That's all on your connection not the server, I've seen little lag on other servers. And the post you quoted has already said the hunts need a rework.

Your speed has nothing to do with the latency between you and the data center you are connecting to, you can find that by doing a traceroute to the IP of said data center. Wish people would quit thinking speed means stability... lol As for prices going up, this happens in EVERY game at EVERY expansion. Called free trade, people wanting to make a buck. If this is your first time experiencing it, welcome to how it is.

my average seems to be from 1st to 9th jump 15-20-19 and from 10th jump to 18th jump its 95-92-93 then the command prompt closes... once it turns into : us bb gin ntt net the connection gets blergh

That is odd, never seen command prompt close right after finishing.. But you can see the troubles of connections once hit certain nodes. 90+ ping is more then playable, but you'll still notice things like skill execution lag, running out of bad effects and still getting hit and the like.
