Male Viera as a playable character! show your support

Specifically didn't Yoshida mention that it would be a heavy burden on QA testers, so making sure the models look well, and work well without any glaring issues or problems. We know that races have issues with clipping but they all for the most part don't have any glaring defect that makes them unplayable or has armor clipping through during animations.

I think that then they could simply hire more QA testers when they get resources, If its this problem then it dosent makesense one of the statments of the letter sayign that this cant be fixed by throwing monyey at it, because thats the exact solution to a lack of QA testing

I can say with much confidence that this looks 110% better than others I've seen trying to make a male viera out of a female. For this, I commend you.

Nobody is trying to get anybody to believe anything. This psot is of someoen usign the tools in game to create a character you might not like, and it certainly does look like a male character to me, just a completely femenine male character, which, actually do exist irl and are men (nah, plz dont go the route of the gender identity issue cus this isnt about it) and he looks like a he, this is the best male viera with female base out there and he deserves my commendation

To be honest, I think that the fact that it's so very difficult to make a female Viera look masculine is a point in our argument. No matter how we try to adapt and become what we desire, we can't because our tools are lacking. Most 'adjust' male Viera's still look heavily feminine. It's something that square can't deny. Just like you can't make a feminine looking Hrothgar, they are masculine through and through.

I know it sucks because you're using your imagination to play as the gender you wished to be on the race that you wanted. But you can't hide from the fact that the toon is female - and that we are stuck with that until Square gives us what we want. Don't get mad at users for stating the obvious, funnel your frustration in a civil manner at Square.

Most folks won't look a female Viera dressed as a male and take it as a step forward, it's just a reminder that we're stuck trying to piece together males with ductape and overly baggy outfits.
