Apartments should be bigger

I agree with the idea of upgradeable apartments. Start with the current size, then pay a lot of Gil to make it bigger. Even a way to do gardening can be added.

I currently own a medium house so telling me "go buy a house" just makes you look foolish.

If SE could make the apartment unit (the instanced part of the complex) size really massive as well as an instanced balcony, to give way for more designing ideas, it would be great.

I have a small house, happy with it. I still would like apartments to be made better, currently they are really lacking.
They should be bigger and have something like a balcony where you can grow crops/cross breed. Would solve the housing problem for a lot of people.

Maybe could add like an ‘Apartment Extension’ option at a high cost? Like maybe 3/4 million to extend to size of small house (two floors)

That way you can still ‘get a house’ (in a sense), without having to actually ‘get a house’ (stand afk at a placard for 34 hours spamming ‘buy’ and getting ‘not available for purchase’)

I disagree with this suggestion, mainly because growing crops and intercrossing is one of the main perks of buying a house in the first place. I think that limiting Apartment rooms to only having access to flower pots was a good idea.

I wouldnt mind seeing space increases for apts though, but it should cost a good amount of Gil$

If you bought your house solely to water a garden, then I guess the point would be that you can grow twice the number of crops with a house and improved apartment.
