Apartments should be bigger

With the housing shortage being the problem it is, I'd happily settle for just an apartment if I could have a green space for gardening/striking dummy, and if they were slightly bigger/had an additional room/floor. As is apartments don't satisfy my desire for my own house because they are far too small and lack the ability for me to garden.

Apartments are bigger than small houses were on release and they cost 6% of what you had to pay back in the days for something equivalent.

Both. Some people hate when others lives get better, they think it somehow minimizes any prior work they put in or struggle they went through.

If SE could make the apartment unit (the instanced part of the complex) size really massive as well as an instanced balcony, to give way for more designing ideas, it would be great.
