You do know that RMTs use stolen credit cards to avoid having any impact whatsoever if the credit card number is banned right?

Also, Tanks have an innate 20% damage mitigation, and bonus HP increase, built into them for being Tanks. All that was removed from them was the DPS nerf they took for having their aggro stance on. The only tank specific stat is Tenacity which is rather weak. Especially in comparison to Crit/DH/Det which improves your recovery for tanks with lifesteal hits (WAR), self heal on hit (GNB/DRK), or Healing spells (PLD).

Healers got their DPS nerfed (except for WHM) and homogenized. Their specific stat is Piety which is prioritized before Crit/Det/DH until you hit a point where you are comfortable in your MP income. Keep in mind that Crit and Det both directly increase the amount healed. Note that SE actually tried to make healers have to heal more... which means mobs and bosses hit tanks harder to give the healers something to do.

if i had to choose between crit stacking and tenacity stacking where ever its medlable and stackable on gear. if we can reach 3200 crit on a tank im pretty sure we can reach a number of tena that should be around the same

and of course usa banks will allow credit card thieves to go unpunished....american express, mastercard, visa, discovery ...all american credit card companies.... and we all know that you cant have more temper tantrum than an american losing money.....the last one being JCB bringing 62.7B usd..... to the us government..... i doubt it would go unpunished by the us government so please stop using its tolen credit card.... everything in the usa tied to credit card theft has a legal penalty for breaking the law
