Which is unfortunate as tank busters/raid busters are not frequent enough or hit hard enough where you need Noct shields, Duirnal shields are more than sufficient to deal with all current content.

I'm half expecting them to add a big potency bonus to Nocturnal like they did in 3.05. I think it was 150% extra healing, and Synastry also had some hefty bonus attached.
