But one also can assume that for Squadrons. And well...

The Scions don't have the Echo.It isn't a lore reason at all. They just wanted to give us another thing to grind post-msq and we ultimately have six "Scions" (counting the unofficial Ryne) with us, so they made the trust window account for six npcs and called it a day.
Whenever we're redoing content in the DF we're essentially going back in time / revisiting it with the Echo, so it's not like there should be any valid "lore" reason for why we can't take the Exarch to the Switch anymore.
That said, we lose Lyna and the Exarch's dialogue in Holminster Switch (Thancred and Ryne stay woefully silent)

I was very sad to see the Lyna was not available for the TRUST system after completing the MSQ. I don't see any reason why she wouldnt be since she is still alive and well at the end anyway, but it looks to me like they wanted to keep just Scion members in the TRUST system, with the exception of Ryne who is like a discount Minfillia I guess. I am also disappointed that Thancred is your only tank.
When did they talk about a NG+ ?Bad news, the latest details about NG+ we heard through interviews and live letters amongst other things, was that Shadowbringers would not yet be replayable at the feature's launch.
Good news, the latest details we have heard blah blah, was that this is indeed how NG+ would work. You can select to 'restart' one entire expansion's worth of quests (from x.0 to final story patch before next expac). This feature would be available for ARR, HW and SB. ShB would be added later.
Actually, that's not true at all
Journal: Quest – The Lord of the Revel
Before the vault door, you steel yourself for the impending confrontation. How fortunate that you had the wisdom and foresight to invite several of your fellow adventurers on this journey to the Far East, and how kind they were to agree to help you torment the Red Kojin, for no single warrior, no matter how blessed or powerful, could ever hope to slay a primal on her own, despite what some wandering minstrels would have you believe.

Duty Finder Description for Ravana
An insectoid beast tribe connected by a hive mind, the Gnath have but one collective desire: to expand their territory and prosper without fear of dragons. It was by this simple yet powerful wish that a mighty primal bent on war and conquest was summoned into existence. Bound by your promise to Vidofnir to remove this threat to dragonkind, you must now lead your companions into battle against the savage entity known as Ravana, Lord of the Hive.
Duty Finder Description for Shinryu
Shinryu, Ilberd's draconic god of vengeance, has been claimed by none other than Zenos yae Galvus, who has used his power as a Resonant to merge with the primal and bind it to his will. Transformed into a towering being of pure violence, his very existence poses a threat not only to Ala Mhigo, but to the entire world. All now falls to you and your comrades, for if you do not stop Zenos yae Galvus, no one will...

We've been over that not long after that post. The difference is whether you read the journals or not. The journals suggest that you gather a party. The actual dialogue you get before most encounters after ARR, however, suggests you're doing it by yourself. I had also conceded that Ravana offers a potential explanation for gathering your party with that secret tunnel out, but that's a very flimsy excuse, given the amount of time it likely would have taken to gather your party while Ravana just sat there... waiting... and also the fact that Ravana is expecting to fight *you*, not you and your friends. Even after the encounter, what Ysayle says about your strength makes more sense if you did it alone.Actually, that's not true at all

Basically, I myself personally feel that unless it was stated in the dialogue or gameplay itself (like with Prae showing you with a veritable army, and Crystal Exarch summoning in a bunch of heroes), it's better to presume that the WoL did the did themselves, because the logic behind "gather your party" is very often extremely flimsy and honestly doesn't make much sense in most of the encounters. Even Lyse's joke about maybe your friends are on a fishing trip in Ruby Sea is then followed up with Lyse and Allisae holding off the Kojin while the WoL goes in to deal with Susano.

I always felt the tongue-in-cheek fishing trip excuse was a kind of strange comment.
Why is she acting like it's weird I have friends over here? At least three of them literally came over on the same boat as us, they helped us clear out the Sirensong sea, it's kind of rude to pretend you've never met them Lyse.

I guess it's kind of hard to keep track of them when they keep drinking all those Fantasias and looking like different people every time she sees them?I always felt the tongue-in-cheek fishing trip excuse was a kind of strange comment.
