    If they let you change countries then what stops everybody from changing their countries to the US to get a sweet deal on the monthly fees?

    Can't have you do that, nope.
    I only want to change to a country with more options, since I am stuck with ClickandBuy, which never fail to give error to my game account.

    Everyone should just change to US then, if you are considering your sweet deal so much. So, I guess you do not have this sweet deal you desired, and you want others to join your unfavorable situation? Cool story.
