Are they copyright strikes or content id claims?
You can easily dispute the content id claims if your video meets SE's posted usage requirements.
If it's a strike, that means SE claimed it manually.

Japan doesn't have anything like Fair Use to my understanding, which is why Japanese Audio companies tend to be the bane of many a youtuber even if the work is transformative. A few cover artists on the platform could tell you horror stories related to the companies that own Vocaloid tracks in particular going after cover themes that use 100% original audio even though they know it won't last on appeal.
Sadly all you can really do is appeal the strike. It won't last but Youtube is so broken they let companies get away with this nonsense and then patch it up later, rather than punish the companies that aren't following their guidelines.
FFXIV has a policy related to this.

Wouldnt that mean that Shadowbringers is a third party copyright, with liscence use solely for SE and FFXIV, so thats why its an autostrike?
If you are afraid just turn off music.
