Wouldnt that mean that Shadowbringers is a third party copyright, with liscence use solely for SE and FFXIV, so thats why its an autostrike?

As you, Racen, can see, "Shadowbringers" isn't listened here. So either your link is old or SE hasn't updated it yet, which then would be quite annoying for letting people run into the crossfire. (As you might imagine, I have counted a few other videos being vanished from YouTube.)You may not use the songs titled "Answers", "Dragonsong", or "Revolutions". You also may not use any arranged or rearranged version of "Answers", "Dragonsong", "Revolutions", "Contention", "Misconception", "Beyond Redemption", or "Nightbloom".
By the way - as I haven't checked these - with the final battle containing the Shadowbringers-version without the Eternal Wind theme, has anybody noticed if these videos are accepted / delated by YouTube?

Japanese companies in a nutshell.
More to the point, it's not the first time SE has used their most prominent songs in trials and raids. T13, nidhogg, etc etc. Striking people for uploading those fights is a bit....As you, Racen, can see, "Shadowbringers" isn't listened here. Well I guess SE will be SE.
SE pulling an Toei animation on all the soundtracks on youtube, huh?
Why would they put these songs in the game if they didn't want people playing the songs on Youtube but are ok with stuff like letsplays?
If you are afraid just turn off music.
Good. This music is copy right. This is rather meant to be a warning than an actual start for a discussion, but feel nevertheless free to leave comments here.
As back then with Heavensward's theme Dragonsong (remember: Nidhogg's first phase couldn't have the ingame-music), we have now the same thing happening with the song Shadowbringers; at least with the full version which the Orchestrion-roll delivers.
No matter if one uploads the music with or without ingame-footage, sooner or later YouTube will take it down and put a Strike onto the account in question.
(I had at first put a video with the song only onto my account - after it got delated, I thought that was for not providing evidence of the track came right from the game. Thus I had made afterwards a tutorial to show others how to record it, but a few hours ago YouTube took that down as well.)
So, as long as YouTube doesn't automatically prevent us from uploading videos with the track and / or SE don't change the way the copyright for the song is handled, you guys better avoid uploading the Orchestrion-version once none of the current videos can be found any longer on YouTube.
