The amount of runs to level trust should be lower.

Unless you're leveling six jobs at the same time it the rate they level really seems pointlessly slow.
Most people aren't half a dozen jobs at once though and the roulettes still exist making this problem even worse.
You can out level the dungeons and the trusts, but you never out level the roulettes.

Also on desynth, I'd imagine that going in with real people would be better than the trusts since less gear appears when running with trusts.
Much of the time the other members don't care about the gear and I end up completely loaded after just a few runs.
It's really time I got my desynth past that 300 hump...

Yeah if I leveled jobs concurrently it might be useful, but I do them one at a time. And so far as I know there isn't even a reward for leveling the npcs.
