Why would anyone quit just because a BlU is in the group? I'm in my 20s and do a lot of dmg already. The thousand needle skill is crazy good. I do feel like they're should be some form of requirement before BLU can join a group via duty finder. We would obviously not want a BLU that hasn't unlocked anything other than Water ??. I forget the name already but you know my point.

if u are still at the point where u think "1000 needles" is "good"... you shouldn't discuss Blu Mage yet - u won't use that spell ever again if u proceed to a certain point of Blu. And no... Blu does not do a lot of dmg... compared to normal jobs - and it most probably never will do with the current system. : /
