We have concept art and 90% (or more) of the ppl here would be extremely happy with thatWe all know that regardless of how and if SE designs male Viera, another two pages of threads from people disliking this or that about them are going to happen. And quite frankly maybe that's why we didn't get them. lol With the females we had Fran. If you googled Viera on google you would see tons of screenshots and official media about them, so everybody knew what we would be getting in regards to that. With the males though it's up to our imagination and personal interpretation of lore, that can't even be taken seriously. If female Au Ra Xaela can be the size of a bean and hit like a truck, male Viera might end up being the most androgynous or the thickest of the body builders and it would still be "okay" for the sake of it.
However because everybody has their own vision of how male Viera should look, it's going to be impossible to develop something that the playerbase won't get heavily fragmented over when it comes to design. Not saying SE is scared of doing it, but honestly if I had a business and every single costumer had a different very vocal vision on how a specific product should look like, no matter what I did I wouldn't be able to please anybody. After observing this thread for a while it's pretty clear how problematic the mere existence of male Viera can be. I still want to see them though, but I am convinced I should just accept whatever they decide to do because my ideal concept of the bunny dudes is just one in the middle of a dozen different ones.

Indeed. The most likely version is Basically, Elezen but with Viera faces. And I'd be happy with that. Maybe some muscle tone sliders like Highlander/Roe, but I could live without that.
Actually, I think they will likely be kinda like male miqote but with female viera (maybe a bit taller/shorter) height, rabbit ears and handsome faces, and gracefull/elegant assasin animations
As much as I like the concept art, that's just that, one of many concepts sadly. Let's not forget this was also shown as concept at some point:

They might follow the concept they showcased first for male Viera, they might not. I'm just saying that getting too attached to an idea might lead to some disappointment, as concept art is just a rough idea in the midst of many that might or might not be used; might or might not be sligthly or severely modified at the finished concept.
I am not disagreeing with any of you, by the way. Just pointing out a different perspective. Some people think concept art = absolute truth in designing choice, when in reality it is not and can change drastically compared to the finished concept.

its exactly what I said can't go by concept art because its never the final product. As much as I like the concept art, that's just that, one of many concepts sadly. Let's not forget this was also shown as concept at some point:

they could totally do a 180 and make something look way different that they previously showed.
perfect example is the Ra Au concept art they look almost like lizards but turned out way different.
