    That's right, at level 80. At the end. When the plot allows us to travel freely.

    Until then we're stuck like anyone else. It's only through Feo Ul do we get messags to/from the Source.

    Sorry but that's not exactly true. You can freely travel between the Source and the First, not sure exactly at what level but it's as early as 74 (as that's my lowest level alt at the moment). The Exarch even has a portal to take you directly there right behind him.

    I am almost certain you can travel freely between worlds from the offset.
