that would be great.
that would be great.
Why would you want that?
Because if you can't sell on other servers you shouldn't be able to buy on them. All it does is make the more populated servers be burdened with supplying the lower populated ones. If traders could buy and sell on what ever server they wanted then it would be a.. much more fair market.
There is a reason no other game (MMORPG) has done something so incredibly stupid to their market.
No thanks. I like being able to flip things from other worlds. Besides, cheaper things on smaller worlds is good for newer/poorer players.

Dragoon is love,
Dragoon is life,
Dragoon is tanking the floor
so we don't wipe.
The idea behind it is if you restrict sales on other servers you are stopping people from ruining the economy on that server. Allowing purchases of items cross-world allows the economy of those servers to benefit rather than lose out. Most players don't travel cross-world to purchase items as well I have found since I am able to price things well above average (compared to other servers on my DC) and people still buy them at that price rather than going to the cheapest server.Because if you can't sell on other servers you shouldn't be able to buy on them. From both a sellers stand point and a buyers stand point if you do the research you will come out on top. Its not just a case of the populated servers supplying the lower population servers since in many cases smaller population servers have less gil comparatively and therefore sell items for less than high population servers.
No thanks. We like it this way.
Then why link them at all? From both a sellers stand point and a buyers stand point if you do the research you will come out on top. If each market is self contained and goods can only go for as much as the market allows then the need to link the markets (only to bye no less) goes away completely.
You just made the case for unlinking of the markets, thank you.
Nah, low pop servers having absurd prices is silly
As stated above by someone else their prices only reflect what their market would bear.
They need to either unlink/restrict them (MBs) or link both buying and selling so that the people making goods can sell directly to the lower population players. These jokers that go from high pop server to high pop server and buy things just to sell them for more money on their low pop one is wrong and should have never been allowed to happen.
No. It's good that a single person can't monopolize the market board anymore. If you insist on price gouging then I'll find another server that sells cheaper.
