Well-constructed and reasonable feedback, would kind of like to see the balance folk come in with one of these for all the jobs.
Most of them I personally don't mind much. Would be nice to see them fixed or changed a bit.
The ones i find the most important:
1) yeah Dragon sight is a bit annoying to use. Macros help a whole lot but macros aren't always the most reliable & can bug out or are a bit slow to use so yeah. Would like to see this be a bit easier to use.
3) The combo time should be increased to 15, it really is an oversight.
6) Yes AoE should extend or apply our Disembowel buff.
The only problem with Dragonsight is its range. It should be increased.
I'm not entirely sure how Dance Partner works on DNC, but I feel like the answer to Dragon Sight lies in there somewhere. I used to have a focus target macro, but cut scenes would clear my focus target. I currently use a cast macro but as it has been mentioned macros work like crap in game. I think Dragon Sight needs to have a component where the dragoon marks a party member to receive it on use. Maybe could open up some more options than just being a flat damage buff. Because even using it solo, it's kind of boring that it and Lance Charge just increase damage and nothing else.
Life Surge feels like fluff. It has some survivability to it which has saved me on a few occasions, but overall I'm hitting a button to make another button I hit do more damage, and that button ideally is always Full Thrust. Doesn't need to exist other than to make more buttons for the illusion of skill cap.
Same with Jump and Dive Ready. I feel Mirage Dive is fluff. Jump should just grant gaze directly.
Agree on all these points. And a small claim from me - Chaos Thrust, specifically animation and effects. This skill is great for NIN or SAM, he fits them in style, but absolute does not fit for DRG. I want phlebotomize back...
I kinda miss the stun effect on Spineshatter Dive. Doesn't impact party content too heavily, but it was nice to have a second stun out in the wilds. /pout



Macros in general just need to be fixed. They needed to be fixed back in ARR, but nothing has changed. They still are clunky and bad.
I see no reason why we need a timer and an activation button for blood of the dragon at all... It's another quickslot taken up by an ability that could just be a trait.
Jump/High Jump should be replaced by mirage dive upon activation. You can't use one without the other, there is no way for the abilities to overlap, let them take up the same quickslot.

Since we're now in ShB and SE has shown they're still going to use phase transitions that are going to beat our BoTD clock, I really wish they'd give us something to dump dive stacks we're gonna lose on.
Seriously I'd take a pity 10 potency heal. Just SOMETHING so my dive stack doesn't go into the void, that sucks.
If they could fix the delay on Stardiver I'd love them too.

Please please please give us the aoe disembowel refresh. We don't need 2 skills extending the blood/life of the dragon for a 3gcd combo, swapping one to damage boost duration would make so much sense!
