Consistent Crashing

Hi, an update on my situation. I've been waiting for FFXIV to update past 5.0 to address bugs and similar issues and waited until now to do a total, absolute, clean reinstall of the game. I've updated all of my drivers, triple-checked that Windows Defender/Firewall is not interfering with the game, and every other instruction included in the support ticket response that I received.

The situation has continued as normal: I can interact and progress through any other portion of the game (Job Quests, Side Quests, Golden Saucer GATEs, etc) that isn't an MSQ with absolutely no hitches in my experience. But once I initiate a conversation at the Chamber of Rule with Bartholomew for the quest "A Sultana's Strings" (added in patch 4.1, and seemingly been revised for 5.01), the game loads, then crashes, and now I get these error codes:



I have no idea what else to do at this point.

Edit: At this time, I've lost nearly a month of my subscription due to not being able to properly play or advance in FFXIV.
