Slight note, leves shouldn't take you 15 minutes each to complete. The speedy bonus (which is easy to get) is generally for completion in under 6-10 minutes depending on the leve. Rarely did I ever spend more than 10 minutes on them.

Also leves aren't the main means of leveling anymore. Groups have gotten tons of attention in recent patches and they are definitely the quickest way to level currently.
