Ok, but what about compared to changing hairstyle or facial marking? I guess I just think those are closer to changing race and sex than they are to changing hairstyle and tattoo. The fact that you mentioned turning the aesthetician into a chirurgeon would support that view.

Just Changing hairstyle does have a quite drastic effect on the look of your character, moreso than to say a slight color change in the skin. I have personally applied a a breast reduction on this character which also was hardly an difference... In fact i believe at had no effect on some armors too. Height again, here you are going to have to line your character up to someone else to really notice it, and for voices it's mostly just grunts.

The Aesthetician should at least let us change eye color since it could be considered as color lenses.
