Are the devs going to do something about the housing purchase timer?

I recall people complaining in game left and right about the old system, and I even saw it on the forums. People were begging for any change that doesn't allow for people to sell their homes (funny enough they still do), and this is what became of it.

Not that I disagree it should be changed or anything. But the clamoring and out right anger people had for home sellers and people buying up entire wards was and still is real, just less so.

Please note I never said they didn't complain. Just that the solution provided wasn't what they suggested hence why I worded it that way. Furthermore, people have now mentioned several times how problematic the devs solution has become. Said concerns were all but dismissed. So nothing has actually been solved.

People were actually begging for a random timer. They may not have said how long, but they were asking for it. I know they did because I argued with them plenty of times on what I believed was a better solution.
