Male Viera as a playable character! show your support

So, on the actual subject of male viera, I've basically been playing wow recently, and I must say that night elves are basically viera race withotu rabbit ears and have moon all the time? Like, its almost identical. They're both a super masculine, fierce and strong race, theyre both matriarchal and they're both in forest areas. The difference I think, is that male night elves if im correct were onyl druids and male viera seem to be summoners, archers or rouges/ninjas going by what we know of their lore atm

If anything, Viera are similar to Night Elves. Dare ya to read their lore and history, which has been around longer then Viera btw. It can be a long bit of reading, but you may be shocked at how similar many things are. I've always secretly thought that Viera were a furrier clone of Nelfs from WoW, due to how their limited lore matches everything Night Elf.

So far, they are a heavily inspired clone. Many won't like me saying it, especially those who dislike Warcraft lore and games. But it's what I noticed and don't blame them for leaning upon it. While Blizzard seems to have started falling out of grace for their lack of imagination and ingenuity compared to what they've had in the past, their lore has always been wonderful and led to many good books too.

Rather that druids for a long while in Night Elven society were male only (or majority), and vice versa for female Kaldorei and their priesthood, though both vocations had the gender divide annulled when they were made playable, with the lore confirming a recent shift in their society. Nothing else barred males from other paths in life, and now we have female druids that are actually quite quite a bit older. Really though, the gender divisions were a lot more pronounced in WCIII than in WoW. Generally speaking, Night Elves lead a nocturnal life (minus the fact they make concessions with other races and live diurnally in territories outside of Kalimdor).

But yes, they have a similar feel to Viera in how their female population is represented; Viera give off a strong Sentinel/Warden/Huntress vibe.

Viera is basically final fantasy's take on a wood elf race, and they chose to add rabbit ears and sexy lingerie and such for selling I guess, so its our night elves (I also play a male night elf in WoW btw lol)
