Suggestion - Link FFXIV to other FF games to level up.

Adding an additional way of leveling for players by playing other FF games. For example, playing Final Fantasy XV(must be done while connected online to avoid cheating.) gives certain amount of exp/mounts/cosmetics to the player in FFXIV.

I think it would be a fun way to add a new way of leveling, plus it would boost sales of all FF games.

You make it sound like making the game of leveling alts unnecessarily repetitive and arduous a good thing. The current leveling system is incredibly dull, especially for alts, literally grinding 1000 dungeons that has been done, doing the same fates over and over. It clearly needs a revamp of some sort.

Yes, if it's boring because people already done it numerous times and are getting burnout faster. There's a reason they need to release new content, raids, dungeons, and expansions every now and then.

Maybe if you don't like the process of leveling multiple jobs, then just don't do that.

Sorry OP but its a bad idea. That said I wouldnt mind a few things possibly happening for instance an XP pool option where once you max a job level you keep adding runon xp into the pool and then use that pool to pour into ONE other job until the pool is empty again and needs refilled. or maybe an additional 5-10% xp increase added to the base bonus per job leveled to max. Thats something I could get behind the latter would make it successively quicker to level not my much but by a fair amount. The former would ensure there is no wasted xp.
