    Agreed with no terrible idea.

Each game stands on their own and should be that way. If you want to progress in FFXIV you play FFXIV simple as that.

No one is telling them, or you, to level all of the classes at once. We have about 2 years before the next expansion. Just take your time, you’ll enjoy the game more that way.

Relating to your original post, I don’t like that idea. Why give rewards for playing another game? It’s kinda against the point.

Thats something I could get behind the latter would make it successively quicker to level not my much but by a fair amount. The former would ensure there is no wasted xp.
There's already a system in place that provides an exp boost based on the gap between highest job and current non-maxed job. I don't know what the algorithm is exactly, but I can tell you that when I this character to 40 and picked up another job starting at level 1, that job got 3 or 4 levels from a single quest.

While I cannot give a specific date on when personal housing will be implemented, I can say that prices will be completely separate from free company housing, and, naturally, far more affordable.

Hence why I said tacked onto the base bonus

I do roulettes and i have more alts than you can shake a stick at. Sorry but if you're going to level you do it in FFXIV. The idea of using other games to benefit your character in XIV is simply not acceptable.
