nah its not a 100% yes, but its definitely get me more into "casual friendly" pug where the group dont mind if someone/tank doing normal pull.

arent healers getting borderline instant queues right now? why not go to the bathroom before you queue?

that was fast, my longest wait is 9 minutes or so, the tank guy got a call or something. stuff like urgent pickup at the store near his house or something. its JP so google translate can only do so much, anyway i was the only "foreigner" in the party and the other 2 seems dont mind about it so i just tag along, i can always alt tab and watch youtube or something after all

having to go midrun is a lot more understandable than needing to go at the start when you know you have fast queues (unless youre a DPS, since their queues tend to be longer, but even then i havent waited more than like 7 as a smn).

You've basicly described 80% + of my experience running Roullete and I'm only qued as english...I'm thinking you're just having the misfortune of being in with the people who pull this rather than the people who actually let you vote on it. about 9 times out of 10 if I don't masspull, no one whines. dungeon finishes around the same casual rate and no one got to have a heart attack.

No. Healer should get good and actually use the tools available to them. All healers can do big pulls.

Sweetie I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you're going to be seriously disappointed in the vast VAST array of universal forces that will align against you in Duty Finder as a Tank. To the point that you will contemplate sacrificing KFC to RNGjus to get a group that A. The dps knows to AoE and thier rotations and move out of AoE (except Gulg I can understand the floor brightness and the AoE telegraphs DO NOT MESH Well together so some accidents will happen.) and B. a Healer that doesnt Spam Physik Benefic or Cure if not one then settling for the other and almost crying tears of joy when you get a group with both.

Was getting WHM up to 80 and I head into Mt. Gulg to gain some exp.

I had to use the bathroom very quickly so when the light party text showed up in the middle I quickly wrote "o/ brb rq bio" which gets responded with other "o/". I'm gone for maybe like 40 seconds or so. I get back and find the tank and one of the dps dead, while another was going to die. The tank goes "????????????????????" and I politely say "Do you even read your chatlog?" and they respond with "Ok...ok...ok".

If you're worried about getting this done as quickly as possible I'll gladly head in front of you swiftcasting holy for stun waiting for your sorry butt. Tanks both new and old I cannot stress enough look at your maps to make sure you know where everyone is. If your healer is actually moving I'd continue with your pull but if you still see them standing in the spawn zone you may want to wait unless you're ready to die.

Ran the final ShB story dungeon in Expert last night with an FC member, and as we started with the first pull one of the other two players said something along the lines of "Check this guy out, thinks he's so cool with his sunglasses" in reference to my character. Nothing bad happened, it just made me laugh was all, though I didn't get a chance to respond since I needed to focus on playing rather than typing at the time.

I used to appreciate being able to tell who wasn't pulling their weight based on not seeing certain buffs.
NINs without Huton, DRGs without Heavy Thrust, BRDs without Straight Shot/Songs, etc.

I thought my ability to criticize based on peoples' buffs had all gone away, until last night... I had... an AST that didn't use any cards... in the Lv67 dungeon.

The run itself was... fine, so I only made one comment during the second boss ("So, is AST any fun if you basically never use any cards?"), which prompted them to cast a SINGLE CARD ON THE TANK ONCE, but come onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

iam so glad there is language setting on Duty option so i can set to JP only. seems like majority of you NA really love doing big pulls and having a policy anything not to your liking = kick/abandon. most JP (or asia i guess) out of 10 DG run only twice the tank doing big pulls, even that one out of two is fail because healer cant keep up so we just doing the usual pull and nobody say anything.

well okay they said something but in JP and most of the words that i get from google translate is something like "dont mind"

What I am getting from this is...

Out of the 10 Dungeons you ran the groups were slow, and of the two groups that tried to be fast one failed at it. Is this some how a defense AGAINST large pulls?

Also, if you are a DPS main I'm not sure why you have any reason to complain or have any issue with massive pulls. Otherwise, I have met few players who are demanding about doing large pulls and then rude when you explain why you are uncomfortable with it if you are.

Did the Twinning today. Tank insisted that the first boss was a cake walk and the final one was a pain. Naturally we wiped to the first boss and steamrolled the final.

Incidentally, has anyone written down the data logs found in the dungeon? I've yet to see a group that will actually let me read them before running off and getting pissy about me lagging behind.
