So sorry to some of the posters trying to suggest the US censors video games. We simply don't.

Only private businesses may select what they wish to sell or not sell by their own standards.
If you want it to actually be sold yes, it does have to be rated. Has to be under AO as well since retailers refuse to sell those games period.
