Wouldn't surprise me if at least in the US the game would have to be rated M to have it for actual player use, but other wise not sure.

Games do not have to be rated by the ESRB. Conan Exiles which features full nudity top and bottom didn't even bother to receive one.

Furthermore the SCOTUS determined video games are protected speech under the First Amendment of the Constitution and no government, federal, state, or local may make a law restricting the sale of video game based on its artistic content. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown_...chants_Ass%27n

If you want it to actually be sold yes, it does have to be rated. Has to be under AO as well since retailers refuse to sell those games period.

Or, not go into armchair law and just let the game do its thing. Because people apparently don't do side quests and miss out on themes that are a lot more worrying than a cute swing around a pole. People have this Hollywood influenced misconception about pole dancing being sexual all the time. Look up Japanese pole competitions friend.

You say this as if I would be against them adding it in, I'm not. I was just giving a possible reason as to why it might not be, and a follow-up to someone else saying ratings don't matter.
