Considering that particular side quest, we know nothing about if they are strong, but they are definitely are perfect hunters from shadows. I mean... you don't need to be strong to kill your pray with one arrow. But you do need very sharp eyes, ears, and being able to focus on your target without being killed from back at the same time. Swift, silent and not knowing any hesitations. Good killers, really.
