You can do the usual. Demand buffs until the devs cave in and cater to your wishes. That's what the broader FFXIV community predicted that you'd do. You get your way, but you kind of have to give up your sense of self-respect in the process. Or at the very least, everyone else's respect. It's a running joke at this point.

Why not try something different? This is your chance to prove yourself. WAR is supposedly about strength, and only the truly strong survive. Those who have become complacent and those who have picked the job simply for an easy ride will be forced to drop it in favour of greener pastures (*cough* GNB). When the dust settles, you'll separate the wheat from the chaff. It's time for the one buff that the devs can't give you. It's time to buff the playerbase. It's time to get better.
