Male Viera as a playable character! show your support

Tbh, I think the term child is....misleading? when someone says child, you think ages 5-12, and we can all agree no one is asking for an Elin but (probably?) a more fresh out of middleschool anime character look...which is still a minor. Kinda playing with semantics but just trying to guess why the word child may seem unsettling for some. /shrug

I wouldn't mind theo, he's very obsessed with the idea of "child" appearing viera, and at this point in the thread the only person talking about it is him, and it's really weird, no later how many times people tell him they don't want kids, he insists they do anyway. So instead of trying to talk to the brick wall I'm not going to address anymore points about characters who appear like "children" because that is not what I want at all.

I'm even all for more bunny daddies, because if all the viera were cute and soft id wonder where all the bigger guys went, I just want the option to make a soft viera male through customization. Honestly if square ever got on that plan to remove gender locks on clothing id be so fucking happy. I want that spring dress on my boys.

I for one am not trying to erase the bunny daddies, god no, don't get it twisted I want that too, but I don't want that to be the ONLY option for male viera. I don't really want them to be short either, tall bunnies are a ok in my book.

All I want is to be able to make a cute softer bunny boy, that's it, man.

I think the issue here is that people aren't saying it in the thread, they're saying it outside of the thread. And more still because the first post that puts forward the case for male Viera has a child Viera when there is no logical reasoning for it to be there. It's part of the reason why this thread is a walking meme. It doesn't look good when it's the second image in the post. While I respect Senn's right to not edit their posts. That image is frankly very gross. It's a child paired with an adult. Something that the main developer has actually had to come forward and say 'No.' This is what baffles my mind - if the developer says no, why still champion for it. And even if you're not championing for it, the fact it's there just raises questions.

Another rather deceptive post, I see. No doubt due to a lack of willingness to actually address the concerns being raised.

It's not a difficult concept to grasp. You're already playing a character that is very short and feminine. You and certain others have claimed that it is not enough for you and that you want to push the boundaries further -hijacking male viera despite them being described as very different to the aesthetic you're seeking to pursue.

You claim to not want to play a child and yet you're pushing for boundaries to go further and further until you're left with a character that would literally resemble just that.

It's amusing that you seem to be pretending that it's only me raising such concerns, though - others have pointed it out as well and my posts referencing such things have been upvoted too. Not that I put much stock in upvotes to begin with, mind you.
