Knees pointed inward. Arms extending from the sides at a roughly 15 degree angle, while bent around 45-60 degrees at the elbow. Wrists bent upwards as hard as you can. And all limbs flailing wildly.

Femininity comes in a lot of shapes. The word you're looking for is dainty. Delicate. Frail (not in a bad way) even. Viera are feminine, just not by your standards, but feminine nonetheless.
