Well they kinda said that with them losing all the villages to the light and only one of them remaining and the constant danger, it seems that barely any male is alive. So it was just a hint that if nothing changes then they will die out, or maybe they cant be saved at all, because even without the light, the zone is still quite dangerous.

I am not sure if we are really going to use the crystal tower to sent people between it. Especially if suddenly that time difference starts up again. (And people also dont really know about the source world either)

"A thread on the forums" is the reason we can be Viera and Hrothgar today so there's nothing wrong in requesting the missing genders through this one.

I still don't understand why Male Viera are so important to have as Playable.
Nor the outrage that quickly follows as soon as somebody brings up the Races Lore... I mean we are talking about an established race that was created in 2003, but people wanna say just re-write it so we can have it in FFXIV

They might add them. They might not. It could go either way. It isn't hard to work out why people want the missing genders to be added and most people are being pretty reasonable about the situation in the present day.

I'm in agreement that it is a bit of an unhealthy obsession for some posters, though.

I decided to go for something different this time around. It also happens to be the sort of physique that I'd like to see for male viera. Assuming that they're ever added, of course.
