no issues prior to early release, now dx11 errors

I said the same thing, but when I said that people were happy to jump on me saying it was acknowledged on several threads. It still isn't actually on the list of anything being worked on and I'm having a hard time getting a hold of anyone to refund me. We're just being ignored.

There's a 25 page long thread in general of people telling SE how much they hate this cap. They're simply burying their head in the sands currently.
