The outfit designs, with some exceptions, are very gaudy and badly designed, with unnecessary attachments and belts everywhere.

They need to provide some more variety (not everything needs to be a robe or have a cape), or simply unlock glamors so we can use them cross-role and mix and match. Their justification for not doing this - job identity - is ridiculous at this point. There's been rumors that they can't do this due to bad code, but that's not an excuse. Only good things can come of it, as people would be playing and leveling more to obtain that glamor, which means more subscription time. I myself would tinker endlessly with various combinations, even if it meant leveling jobs I wouldn't have otherwise.

That said, there are occasional gear sets in certain dungeons, like the Skalla and Bonewicca sets, that look so much better than the regular stuff that I could swear they come from a different designer. But these are few and far in between. They need to have that person design more stuff.
