As someone who just upgraded my PC specifically for ShB this is a big smack in the face!!

I was hoping to see the game in its FULL uncapped glory. (Not to brag about the fps mind you, but just to enjoy it fully and get the most out of what my system is capable of)
I honestly dont understand why there needs to be a cap unless your PC isnt up to snuff. At that point let folks cap their OWN frames. I dont think the rest of the populace should have to be capped.
