Same as male Hrothgars most likely use male Roe's bodies, actually. I mean... there is nothing wrong in it?

They actually have completely different body shapes if you look past simply being big.

As for Female Hrothgar I'd actually expect them to be a mix of female Highlander like shape with Elezen height as I see that shape being more in line with Female Ronso than femroe.
Or maybe just a less buff, more hourglass femroe like shape.
