That "solution" makes as much sense as giving your Balance card to the grey-parsing NIN instead of your top percentile BLM.

You have a tool for further tDPS. It only does as much as 6% of that target's DPS. Give it to a capable DPS, not the tank or self.

6% of 6,000 is better than 3% of 9,000. In fact, 6% of 4,000 is only slightly less than 3% of 9,000.
