    Am guilty of doing this too from time to time, haha. I'll buy up a lot of cheap materia and go play the Central Thanalan gobbo RNG game to try for a crafter or gatherer materia type to sell.

    Yes, I have done that. Some things have quite a high vendor price yet people list on the MB for a fraction of it. I assume most just aren't paying attention.
