'Just wait' is not a valid excuse anymore, when SE has been stunningly consistent in the fact that they almost make no sweeping changes after expansion, or once the information is live. 4.2 Warrior is the biggest exception, and that's because they're the 'favourite child'.
If nothing is going to change in the short term despite the complaints, then why do people complain early in the first place, putting their credibility at risk by not having all the cards in hand instead of waiting for next week to do so? If anything, this supports the "wait & see" idea, since the outcome will be the same, but without the risk of being wrong (ending up in a crying wolf scenario). Or maybe there is a hidden benefit in complaining now rather than doing it in a few days? Given how SE doesn't care when stuff isn't out yet for people to play, that'd be surprizing.
So, if the outcome is the same, even if you consider the risk tiny, why even take it?

I would say its more for an individual benefit, by being outrage/disappointed early when it comes to it all going live people can try to articulate their thoughts better with exactly why but all that is in regards to ShB content, ARR-SB content however people do not need to wait for you have access to this already and these changes are not favorable to it, the healing is unnecessary, the downtime in fights will not change, these changes only look at ShB which will be the minority in regards to content, i call these changes bad because they are bad to the majority of content and newer healers are not exactly going to be thrilled when it takes them to possibly lv 71 to maybe have a reason to use so much healing skills that is bad design to me.
