Housing demolition timer need to be changed! Sitting on your property needs to count.

To my knowledge the email even stats you have to enter the house. So you cannot even say the email is vague in that sense. Making it easier to avoid the demolition timer sort of defeats the intent behind the timer. I mean the requirements to keep a plot are already extremely lax, any more concessions one has to ask what is the point of even having the timer in the first place.

Also what I mean by at the core I do not see the difference is because both serve to act as a warning for the player in question. Only difference is one puts the burden on the player to check their email associated with their account, and the another makes it requirement to confirm upon login. I mean SE already has a system in place, just so happens that yes if you do not enter the house and rarely check your email it can be missed, but why is that a problem SE should fix? Housing has many issues that SE needs to address the demo timer most certainly is not one in my opinion.

Sorry it is also careless not checking your email associated with your account every so often if you own a home. The game notice does not have to be in game, SE has done enough the risk is on the player. I guess for me it comes down to personal responsibility, if someone wants to keep something they should do everything in a reasonable manner to make sure they are able to keep it. If they are unwilling to do so then maybe it was not that important to begin with or it is something they can do without until they are able to handle the responsibly of keeping it. Let us also be real the requirements to keep a plot are simple, all you have to do is simply go into your house ONCE every 45 days.

Does not really answer the question though, do you truly feel it is easier to ask SE to add another layer of notification over you simply just checking your email / going into your house every so often? I guess as one of the players said before it is an entitlement thing, and I properly will never understand. You are free to make any request, doubt SE will do anything about, but you are free to try best of luck.
