Shouldn't it be possible for EU/JP/Canada or any other Non-US-State to buy an download-code for a pc-game or something like that? Just something digital over 19$ that doesn't need to be shipped.

Seeing those now, waaay down at the botom. This one too. Hopefully just an error since Japan's was account wide? Or was it not, I'm not actually sure.

Translated from the bit just below the mount image on the JP lodestone promo post. So we're essentially getting the same deal in regards to the code itself. Unfortunate that it's not account wide... now to figure out which character gets it.

Same thing happened for the Fat White Chocobo mount ... i could not find anything that qualified to be purchased by Canadian residents. Thankfully someone was nice to give me a code and the cumulus cloud mount was the exact same thing. Perhaps Trump was involved as NA really means US only/

I mean i am not mad about it just was super bummed out for the cloud mount when the Promo was on and it has yet to be on Mog Station if ever

No it has to specifically be sold by amazon:
