    Does anyone know if any seller is considered 'Amazon'? :Like FFXV Royal Edition is 19.98 new for the cheapest, but can i buy one slightly more expensive or used so it's 19.99 or higher?

    No it has to specifically be sold by amazon:
    Offer only applies to products and digital content sold by Amazon.com or Amazon Digital Services LLC (look for "sold by Amazon.com" or "sold by Amazon Digital Services LLC" on the product or content detail page).
